  • At frist rather herbal and earthy, not really stem'y, a bit heat stressed as well, after two hours a more accessible and attractive flavour pattern evolved, very nice mineral characteristics, quite a lot of dried aromatic cherries, hints of plums and plenty of dark earth, later a bit cola and traces of sweet soy sauce, the concentration seemed very fine a village and the complexitiy above average, I really enjoyed the structure of this one - there was still the right amount of slightly hard tannin left. From now throughout the next two years in a really good shape (I guess)

  • I found this wine a little hot. Not much going on, very quick finish. Was tasted with ten other burgundies and was definitely one of the least popular. Very expensive for what it was.
