  Wine is straw colored and bright. Primary aromas are ripe pear and apple juice. Secondary notes of apple blossom, lemon peel and chalky earth. Golden apple comes through on the palate, with some apricot and a good amount of salinity. Wine is unexpectedly acidic, especially given the sweet juice aroma.
