Very yummy old-school Chardonnay, bright yellow colour and bursting at the seams with churned butter, rockmelon, pineapple and big, brassy new oak. Thankfully, there's a semblance of balance on the palate and the acidity saves it from being a big lactic mess. Nice length fanning out across the palate. Very classical in style, not hugely complex and maybe a touch overpriced, but nonetheless enjoyable.

Definitely past its prime, but still has a decent amount of fruit. Drink it if you got it.

Candied orchard fruits, brown spice, honeycomb and white flowers. Full and rich. Amply fruited, plenty of oak. It gains definition with air.
