Blind tasting, in Zalto glass. Flavours of white flowers, pear, a hint of citron confit. Medium bodied oily texture, fine and delicate and a bit shy. Solar and gentle style. 56% viognier 22% roussane 22% marsanne. Stainless steal.

Thanksgiving Dinner Wines (Rocknroller's (Kevin & Vicki's Place)): Light straw color. Drank a glass over 90 minutes. This wasn't exactly what I was expecting given the blend; V56, R22, M22 13.5% abv, 100% stainless. This is all about the citrus; lemon and lime driven, with lots of saline and ocean limestone minerality on the nose. The palate is a little sour, lime first and lemon, fairly acidic, with the same salinity and ocean minerality. I do like the salinity on this and it really kind of grows on you when you can focus on it. It also seems to be developing more texture now too. 89(+?)pts.

Soft and neutral nose with underripe white peach, baked pears, mineral, dried white flower. M/R/V. Good acid and still together. Perfect for Chard lovers.

Very buttery. At the end of its life. A little flat with the taste.
