  Small Gathering w/ Indian Food: Well here's something you don't see every day: a sparkling orange Trebbiano from Emilia-Romagna. Thing is: it's a whole lot of fun. An unfiltered white beer, orange juice color in the glass. Smells funky, sweaty and pithy. Bright and clean but full of flavor, I get candied orange, spiced tea and funky-musky notes on this wine. Unique stuff - not something I'd necessarily seek out to pop with friends, but if you're looking for something nerdy and fun, this is worth seeking out.
