  The Merry Edwards Coopersmith vineyard is one of my favorites from the ME line. At 10 years old, still had good fruit, but also some earthiness.

  Enjoyed from the cellar without decanting with cedar plank salmon. Earthy minerality & black cherry. Silky tannins. Spectacular!

  The wine looks crimson colored. The legs are medium. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry, strawberry jam and light toast. It tastes like strawberry, toast and light toast. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.

  Beautiful bright cherry, wet leaves and light sweet perfume. Russian River Valley seems to produce some of the most approachable, lovely Pinots - they never disappoint. This wine could easily rest another 3-5+ years given it is a single vineyard.
