I still like to experiment with the uncorking deadlines ... Here I have obtained a fresh juice of smoked cherries, beans with memories of violets (too much flowers to consider this wine as a Mediterranean Jura?) and fresh fruits like watermelon. On the palate it has depth and density of rose water. Just fair in terms of length, I prefer its juicy acidity. All very Beaujolais. In my modest opinion, at its best. Only 87.5 points? What a joke! Third Ribeiro of the season.
Todavía me gusta experimentar con los plazos de descorche. Aquí he obtenido un jugo fresco de cerezas ahumadas, alubias con recuerdos de violetas (¿demasiadas flores como para considerarlo un Jura mediterráneo) y de frutas frescas tipo sandía. Al paladar tiene cierta profundidad y densidad de agua de rosas. Justo en cuanto a longitud, prefiero su jugosa acidez. Todo muy beaujolais. En mi modesta opinión se encuentra en su mejor momento. ¿Sólo 87,5 puntos? ¡Menuda broma! Tercer Ribeiro de la temporada.

Ribeiro Wines of Luis Rodriguez (SF Wine Trading Company): Ruby core, lighter edge. Some licorice. Medium weight. Smoky, spicy red fruit with a nice herbal edge. Filled and finishes with soil. Good young complex wine for earlier drinking.

Muchas flores y moras rojas en nariz, con finura y sin maquillajes. Toque animal que le da personalidad, sacando suelo.
La boca es fresca, fina y elegante, sin mucha complejidad pero muy rico. El final da un toque algo evolucionado y en la nariz esperaba algo más de frescura. Fue el último de la cata y ya andabamos tocaós.
