Decanted for 1 hour to dissolve some of the effervescence as theres quite a lot of champagne and roses for the night. Pronounced nose intensity with notes of toast, lemon, apple, pear, bread.

A delicious bottle that has time ahead of it for those patient enough to wait. Tons of autolysis characteristics on the nose followed through on the palate. Fruit on the palate consists of tart green apple and pear, not a whole lot of depth, and a rather short finish. That said, still beautifully developed and wine worth seeking out. For those who enjoy bready, yeasty styles of Champagne, this is for you.
The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like almond, biscuity, bready, leesy, apple and pear. It tastes like biscuity, leesy, apple, stoniness and mushroom. The body is light/medium. The wine has linear texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has high acidity.

Nose is heavy with bread and yeast. No notes taken on day 1, but recall it being lovely with lots of bread and toast notes.
Day 2 starts with bitter almond leading into soft citrus and acidity, followed by brioche, yeast, and toast. The soft acidity lingers for up to a minute - apple, raspberry. Very nice and multi-layered.
