Open 24 hours. Feral, Canadian fox grape extract infused in agave. Intense black pepper. Black cherry pulp. Baked, leathery sediments. Framboise. Roasted duck bones. Live animals, too. A herd of ponies dining on tamarind and mango resin. A charred wick of cinnamon mesh, pours of village Mezcal from a saucer made of coffee root. The tannins are immense. They overwhelm the bitterly informative jam. If I had another bottle of this vintage I might wait until 2025 to drink it.

Pale ruby color. Fresh red berries, licorice root and fresh herbs. Showing some development with mushrooms and decaying leaves. A note of walnuts gives a slight oxidative twist.
High, piercing acidity, medium bodied and silky tannins. Very dry. Tart red fruit, herbs and decaying leaves coming through. A bit simple but very fun and tasty red. Cuts like a razor through a Cassoulet.

The nose is unbelievable. Powerful floral tones with eastern spice. Delicious.
