Beautifully clean, with ample dose of petrol, unripe pear, house lime peel. Really really elegant at the level. Perfectly dry, which is my preferred style of Riesling. Even the lowest level Keller bottlings overperform.

This has really come around. Nice tropical fruit and finish. Do not drink too cold and let the flavors come through.

Keep it simple.
Farven er klar med en lille grønlig/strågul tone.
Duften er ren og frisk af citrus/lime, umoden pære, syrelige æbler, lidt saltet, lidt kalk. Ren og præcis i duften, med et touch af lidt modne æbler
Smagen er som duften...Klar ren Riesling smag uden den store wow effekt. Frisk lime/citrus, syrlige grønne æbler, saltet sten toner, frisk og saftig.
Syren er ren og præcis..til den lettere side.
Alt i alt..Enkel, god Riesling fra Keller og en god intro til hans rieslings univers.
