  Inte så stor i doften, men i munnen, wow. Intensiv, massor med sötsyrlig citrus, lite spritsig och låååång.

  Här bjuds allt man vill ha av en ung, rhensk riesling; smörig citron, Granny Smith, honung, litchi, och mineral utan saltstänk. Därtill en något dovare och fylligare syra, och en bra koncentration. Friskt och förföriskt gott både till fish tacos och på egen hand.
