This is medium golden color, darker than I remember. The nose is potent apricot pits, dried apricot, some fresh apricot, spice, deep minerals and some chicken bullion/broth. Really a bruiser and almost bitter and not totally together IMO. The palate is very bitter and brothy, it feels like a bit much. Missing some of the focus and crispness of the earlier bottles. Not sure if this is what this is evolving into or if it’s just going through a phase. Took this bottle out to dinner so I didn’t get to follow this later in the night or over the next few days.

Consistent w previous note. This is a monster - tons of broth and minerals, a bit of lemon, lots of peach and peach pit. The palate is giant and like the nose - solid acid, lots of saline, peach, lemonheads, minerals. So gripping. The end of the palate and the finish get a a bit overripe and a bit blurry, but just for a bit and I think it will resolve. This is moving a bit into Hirtzberger territory in body, but the profile is totally Prager. Love it.

Beautiful as always. An every-vintage wine for me. This has typical bold fruit but in an elegant package with fine minerals. This has a touch of tropical sweetness that stands out, but the acids make this far from fat. Almost too easy to drink.
