A medium-purple color suggested a considerably younger vintage, and indeed this juice has ample remaining life. Absolutely gorgeous nose. Decanted for an hour. A slightly oaky initial finish nicely balanced itself out over the next couple hours. I saved a small pour to assess again in the morning and it delightfully picked up right where it left off. Taste now if you must – you’ll thank yourself for a healthy decant – but the smarter play remains further cellaring.

An easy afternoon with close friends; Bordeaux 2015 (@ FD): Extremely beautiful and concentrated bouquet with creamy and round dark berry fruits, On the palate concentrated and ripe dark berries, oak, cedar, round and beautiful acidity and tannin and an enormous length. This wine is not from this world and truly complex and delicious. It was a tasting with Bordeaux wines, but otherwise I would have said this is a great wine from Napa. 97+ for now.

WOW! This is something special. We all thought this was a very luxurious New World (Napa) wine. In the bouquet a lot of sweet spices and chocolate as well as dark berries. On the palate , lush, full bodied and soft with beautiful sweet spices, dark berries, rose hips and beautiful acidity and tannin. Great wine with 15.5% ABV which hardly shows.
Brought to a blind tasting. Opaque purple, nose of blackberry and earth. Full body with intense flavors of black cherry, ripe plum, and graphite. Firm balancing structure. Long, tasty, delicious finish. Worth noting is that some didn't like it at all, so it's a bit polarizing. I loved it though.

2015 peby faugeres Sort of manure (good way) wrapped in walnut. Chocolate dark berry/cherry sweetness. No overt residual sugar. Oaky on palate. with agreeable tannins. Some spice on mid palate. No mineral or soil smells. Better than expected (because alcohol caught me by surprise at 15.5) 15 second finish. 94
