  Pâle et translucide. Beaucoup de cristaux dans la bouteille. D'une couleur de fraise cuite. Nez de cerises avec une pointe animale (cuir, écurie) En bouche, c'est léger, frais sans être insignifiant. Une légère structure tannique ainsi qu'une acidité bien dosée apportent une certaine complexité. Un vin qui évoque le printemps et qui a bien accompagné la Paella. J'ai bien aimé le vin. L'habillage de la bouteille par contre, c'est une autre histoire...

  A juicy, sappy, Cab Franc from Pierre Breton, expressive nose of cool forest floor, blackcurrant leaf, blueberries, raspberries and violets. It's vibrant and refreshing with just a slight grip of tannin on the finish. This is honest and instantly pleasurable (went well with salade niçoise), best served lightly chilled to get the best out of the aromatics ***1/2
