This was much better than the last bottle, with a hint too much richness, but overall with more acid, brightness and fruit. Glad to see this. Perhaps the last was an off-bottle. In any case, this one was enjoyable although I would drink in the near term.

Not sure what to think of this. I really liked the taut crisp style of these when first released, and I would have expected them to age well. But a 2012 I had a week ago, and this 2013, were both tired and more oxidized than expected. If they were burgundies I would have called premox. They weren’t bad but they weren’t great, and had fattened up. Color was gold too.

Lovely. Medium body and strong acidity at first, obviously needs some time to open up. Complex and still pretty tight but with a great deal of promise.

A delicious wine with nice golden color, citrus and stone on the nose which translates to the palate with tons of mineralality and nice long finish.

IPOB San Francisco...final event...lots of great wines, short notes... (San Francisco, RN74): Medium gold color. Crisp nose of orchard fruits and crushed rocks. Palate of apples, peaches, citrus, lemon zest. Fresh and focused wine, this one a bit more acidic and less fruit forward than the Langley Hill.
