Receded rim (like my hairline), faded amber to brick hues. Nose holds most interest for mine. Marinated strawberries, cherry, spice sticks, touch of burnt wood - and a distracting menthol whiff that I see in the Ceoltoiri blend, which faded over the next two nights, more red fruits to the fore.
On night one, palate’s pleasant but plains out a bit. Revealed more over the next two nights - deeper cherry, more tannin, depth and texture. Bumped it up a point to 90.
Ready to drink, doubt much more development is in store. A Pinot for Clonakilla lovers more than pinotphiles.

Red and purple fruits. A delicious savoury turn. Nice palate intensity in the mid-weight category with a long finish. Really very good.
