  • Nice nose with red cherries, blue fruit, spices, cloves, underwood, and strawberries. Good acidity on the palate with similar flavors, tart cherries, blood orange, and forest notes. Nice finish. A lovely wine with quite a bit of depth for a village wine. Feels very much like a Vosne.

  • PNP. Élégant floral aromatic. Smooth red fruit and elegant expansion on palate with a smooth finish. Stil young with traces of oak at the forefront but tons of red fruit and lots of upside.

  • Bottle 291/2676. Served in blind. It was easy to identify it as a LB with beautiful aromatics, red fruit, spice and flowers. Palate was so alluring and sexy with wonderful sweetness. 93-94

  • What an experience.
One of the most elegant, complex and incredible PNs I’ve ever tasted.
So much power, freshness and harmony.
    Polished but raw.
It felt more “natural” and free than expected.

Insane complexity and intensity on the nose - with so much elegance and freshness, and a balanced touch of reduction in the beginning. Fresh, ripe berries like blackberry, strawberry and raspberry - almost sweet in the fruit, with incredible ethereal and perfumed scents of rose petals, lavender, dried hibiscus, black tea leaves and mild but clear Vosne-spice (here cinnamon, sweet soy, star anise and Sichuan pepper) in the background. Hints of leather and raw mushrooms, followed by a chalky and gravel-like minerality.
Also on the palate, it’s very intense and fresh, but still relatively light-bodied with great depth and an electric, prickling acidity. Again, almost sweet on the fruit, offering notes of ripe mulberry, strawberry, sweet and sour raspberry, red grapefruit, redcurrant, cinnamon, caramel, fresh chili, hints of cola, and a mild green cluster feel.

  • not blind
Expected more but elegant Burgundy, powerful in the finish. Red berries, violet, I guess needs some more time. 92
