NSG 1er Lunch at Nicolas. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs. Nose is clean, meidum intensity, with aromas of red cherries and strawberries. Developing. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium tannins, medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of red cherries, strawberries, red spices, dirty mossy earth, then with more air darker red cherries and underlying fine leather. Long finish. Very good quality. Drinking well, though would certainly benefit from a few more years of development also.

Compared with the last bottle I did not like due to a certain sweetness, this one is more developed and integrated: spices, cloves, red fruit, drinking well.

Cloves, spices, meaty notes, but also a certain sweetness, which I do not like. As if the fermentation has not been fully finished and some residual sugars left over.

Red fruit (cherries, cranberries), spices (cloves), soil and salinity, the wine is well together. Obviously I opened the first ones too early.

Mostly red fruit, the baby fat has gone and the wine reached a different level. Good length and density.
