Showing really well - great balance and fully drinkable now but will likely improve with more time in the cellar. Best at about 4 hours after decanting. Keep cool.

One of seven bottles opened this evening. The least impressive of the batch. Admittedly it didn't get as long as I'd have liked to give it in the decanter, but it just came across as rather boring and simplistic. Some tight red fruit and little else on the palette. I'm hopeful this is sleeping and will revisit in 18-24 months.

Classic burgundy with smooth and elegant finish. Hints of licorice, bbq spice, smoke come to mind. Did not decant and may benefit along with age.

Drinking well now. Fragrant and well balanced. Quite typical burgundy and NSG characteristics. Decanted for several hours, which was a good idea.
