14.2% abv. Dark gold, light amber color. Lycee, dried rose petal, ripe tropical fruit, beeswax, slightly oxidated. Full, rich mouthfeel. Expecting sweet, vgt styled wine but this holding back, dried apricots, more oxidized flavors, minimal acid, fairly linear profile, have to concentrate to find many tertiary notes. Just ok, best served with food.

BEVMO TASTING-10 GREAT WINES (BevMo, Walnut Creek, Ca.): Rich, deep, bright, golden yellow coloration in the glass, butterscotch on the palate, long, long, spicy finish.
