Tertiary gallore, Intergrated fruits, Smoke, Tobacco, Forest floor, Gamey. At peak, but I wouldn't hold longer, started to fall apart as the night went on. Great stuff, 92+

The grapes were harvested from the Bem Zimra and Dishon Vineyards located on the upper Galilee, yields are kept relatively low. The wine was aged 14 months in mixed new and older French oak barrels, then laid to rest for an additional 10 Months in the winery's cellars before being released.
In the glass medium garnet, with aromas and flavors of Tobacco leaf, Fresh leather, Forest floor, Moss, Blueberry, Blackberry, Dark Chocolate, Anise, Mint leaves, Mushrooms.
The wine is dominated by tertiary aromas and flavors and definitely at peak (and I think slightly past it), this is definitely not a hold wine (unless superbly stored from release and even then...) if you have any, Drink Up! Great now, won't get any better and will go down from here, cheers!

Nice acidity, soft, well integrated tannins and tart red fruit.
