Very interesting attempt by the proprietors of Dana Estate to make a Cabernet-based wine that pairs with Korean food. It's clearly well made and evolved for two hours in the glass. There is a lot of umami and spice. I'm not Korean and it wasn't particularly to my taste. I enjoyed but wouldn't reorder.
