This bottle needs to open up. Been at room temperature for over a year probably originally from deep storage for the past 20+ years. *1st night really uninteresting. *2nd night blue flowers (violets) very strong nose and palette. Very strong violets. Very interesting.

Still very much alive, but uninteresting. Fruit still there and a little bitter element coming through. Second night tasting. *6th night finally opening up. Strawberries coming out and slight roasted nori. Typical elements in Southern Rhône’s.

darnk fruit, some herbs, tapenade. very soft and silky, with some tannins. still life ahead of it, very good with food. the alcohol (14%) does not stick out and the wine is well balanced.

Opened another bottle. This bottle has developed really well. Nice all around. Everything perfect and at a great spot. Needed some room temp hold.
