Black Friday (Alicante - España): From a new bottle. Served very cold. Corn and hay in principle on the nose. Aromas that evolve towards lime and wet sand. The palate is acidic, short, too short to my expectations. At least it leaves a pleasant bitter aftertaste. It needs not only more time to soften but also to be served at another temperature ... And an open kitchen with a better smoke extractor (Fried halibut in all the room). Inadmissible.
De una botella nueva. Servida muy fría . Maíz y heno en principio en nariz. Aromas que evolucionan hacia cal y arena mojada. Al paladar es ácido, corto, demasiado corto como para cubrir mis expectativas. Al menos deja un agradable regusto amargo. Necesita no sólo más tiempo para suavizarse si no también ser servido a otra temperatura ... Y una cocina abierta con un mejor extractor de humo (rodaballo frito en toda la estancia). Inadmisible.

Noche de Difuntos (Alicante - España): By the glass. Disintegrated, watery texture ... Dead. Who knows when this bottle was opened. And there is not a new one despite the efforts of Don Javier.
Por copas. Deslavazado, textura acuosa ... Muerto. A saber cuando fue abierta está botella. Y no aparece otra nueva pese a los esfuerzos de don Javier.

Waxy, with tropical fruits aromas, fresh with delicate acidity and a long finish unfortunately altered by a little too much bitterness.
