Needs years of cellaring time and not ready at all. Tasted tight dry austere and ungiving. Didn’t change much on day 2. Would pass on this as it also tastes like mass produced US wine. My least favorite of 6 or so 2015 Burgs I’ve had recently.

Louis Jadot Cellar Visit and Dinner (Domaine/Maison Jadot and Couvent des Jacobins - Beaune): Barrel tasting at the domaine. Darker and more concentrated vs LSJ, but also somewhat backward and brooding, so slightly less balanced for now. cellar to 2025 or later, with 90-92 point potential.
