  • opened closed, slowly revealing plum, blackcurrant, oddles of star anise and pepper. Not your typical riot of aromas from an aussie shiraz. Cool medium bodied palate, refreshing palate, with dark fruits and spice, building thorugh the palate to the long clean finish. The way this kept evolving suggests it's got years ahead of it and plenty of interest.
