  (random midweek) [bottled 02/11/16; Tripel Ale aged 8 weeks in bourbon barrel; 11%] Soft golden honey in glass, slightly cloudy and fine thin head. Fresh nose of hay, hessian, toasty yeast, hints citrus and white florals, edging on banana savouryness. Light crisp and fresh, again more umami creaminess and malt chewy. Finish is pleasant, gentle and long, beautifully balanced, hint hops. This is quite pretty stuff.
