  Mutevole al naso. In 20 minuti perde la sensazione alcolica e diventa un'esplosione di fiori bianchi e pesca. Equilibrato' minerale e ben strutturato n bocca. Acidità molto contenuta e buona lunghezza. Abbinato col risotto alla milanese, forse soffre lo scontro con lo zafferano. Buon fiano, ad un prezzo corretto.

  At the winery with Rosanna: Lots of earth fruit, mango, orchard fruits, touch of nutty almond, nectarine skin, floral notes/apple blossom reveal a bit later with air; Nice balance, good lift, medium acidity but really good acid lift in the back end, and very long. This is a serious white, even though I usually like more zip, the earthy complex character and structure more than make up for it. Love this.
