Consistent with prior notes:"Medium/pale yellow, cloudy. Nose showing peach blossom (of course), white flowers, petrol. Elegant palate of lime, orchard fruits, marinated pears, orange zest, white tea. Medium weight and finish..."
The crisp peach and aromatics of this make it an excellent pairing for lots of Summer fare. Showed will on this evening - mag format has kept life in the...may have more longevity than I had speculated previously. Great stuff

Great as an aperitif or first wine. Some of the complexity has faded. Wine is still in a good spot. Will drink up balance of this in next 2 years

Pale yellow in appearance. Not overly fruity. After one hour the wine opened up to reveal a very lovely palate coating sensation framed by acid. For me the taste is like dunking a Meyer lemon in diesel.....in a good way. Intriguing wine made by a very skilled winery. ".... co-fermented blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, and a little bit of Sylvaner."

Went perfectly with this version of gazpacho. Fun to drink a unique wine like this. These bottles right in their zone on this evening. Air time matter with this wine, especially for the aromatics

Impromptu dinner and evening in the cellar - Eileen, Karen, Xander, Kaitllyn (Chez Walker - Princeton, NJ): Last bottle from this vintage....and BTF has stopped making this wine.
Consistent with prior notes, starting to fade a bit. Lacking some of its former nose/perfume and persistence. Still good..Time to drink up
