Quite a saturated purple with a sappy, purple fruit laden nose. Richly fruited and loaded with minerals, road tar and some flowers and spice. Medium-full-bodied and dense. This is still an infant! Rich and loaded with fruit while simultaneously showing crushed rocks and creosote. This is much better than I first gave it credit for. This is a wine that needs to paid attention to, pondered over and kept for a decade? Drink 2024-2030+? 91-93. Hard one to call.

Not familar with the grape Baga but nose with herbs and fruit. Taste of deep dark red berries. Decent or good wine that lacks the last complexity or personality. I decanted almost 8 h and it made the most of it at this stage. 90-91p

Alentejo Trip; 6/3/2018-6/8/2018: Nose shows roasted herbs that accents the dark currants, jammy blackberries, violets and incense sticks. Plush but nice grip, black cherries and dark currants, with roasted herbs, coffee, dark chocolate, notes of graphite. Quite nice, could age well.
