(Domaine Bernard Morey et Fils Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Caillerets) Light lemon yellow color; lifted, white flower, stick of butter, lemon cream nose; tasty, poised, tight, creamy textured, ripe lemon, apple palate; needs 3-4 years; long finish (in blindtasting of six '05 and '06 Chassagne- and Puligny-Montrachets, this one ranked 5th for the group, 1st for me, and garnered a total of 77 points)

beautiful green apples, hints of flowers, minerals and hazelnuts. silky and smooth, rich but with a nice edge and a long, delicious finish.
