Really interesting wine. Cokor is copper and we can surprisingly find copper aromas on the palate. Off dry, the aromas are really driven by pear cider and stone fruits. Paired well when foie gras and mango chutney. Great showing now, so need to keep it further.

Dark in color, almost looks like apple juice. Apropos because it has notes of red apple on the nose and palate. Great Chenin acidity balanced by a touch of residual sugar. A bit of wet wool and wax on the nose. Still developing but starting to show some nuance and complexity. Exceptional.

Powerful nose of maple, oxidative nuttiness, and copper -- I mean the metal, though it describes the color too! High acid, as appropriate to balance the sweetness, which it does well, putting it only at the sweeter end of what could still be called "off dry." Honey and toast on the palate, and medium body.

Deep gold. Clearly has some age on it already. On the nose honey and toasted bread. On the palate medium sweetness high acidity, medium alcohol. Passion fruit and honey. Age has benefitted this. Very good.

Textbook terrioir on the nose and pallot confirms but with a touch of saline which intensifies on the finish. Concentrated and layered. Off dry at best. Solid, solid wine - no real disappointment. I think I prefer his Secs more but would love to taste again with some age on it. It begs for food pairings. Purchased at an esteemed wine store just today.
