Soft, but with still vibrant fruit. White pepper, raspberry, cinnamon, new leather, pencil shavings. Alcohol is noticeable and the likely source of a bitter finish. Mild TCA as well. The 15.6% alc overwhelming what would otherwise be a pretty wine. I would drink sooner rather than later before the alcohol consumes the rest of the fruit. The wine eventually became undrinkable because of the bitterness. 85 at best. Will not buy again.

A big and bold grenache. Lives up to its name. Hedonistic, and Euphoric for sure! Previous notes hold true. On the second night, there was plenty of sweet tobacco and candied rhubarb added to the party. I love the balance between the fruit, the savory notes, and the acidity... Best on the second night.

Tasted over 2 days (vacuvined & refrigerated), note from day 2. Nose: Medium-plus expressiveness, blackberry, cherry, violets, bacon fat, and hints of shoe polish. Palate: Medium-full bodied, spicy ripe red and dark fruit attack, good acidic balance, spice driven mid-palate lift, the 15.6% ABV is noticeable in the form of a little back of the throat burn. Finish: Medium length dominated by spicy dark fruit and bacon fat. This is big and powerful with luscious fruit and spice and plenty of alcohol.
