Served with salmon and trout and roast potatoes and asparagus on the smoker. Greek yogurt/dill sauce for salmon. Good Friday supper. Done in a vertical with the 2015 Richards block. We all agreed it was les earthy/leafy than the 2015. Excellent pairing with salmon! Sad it was our last bottle but no use waiting on it!

Def light to med bodied. Good but not spectacular. Maybe this is as good as it will get? Servers with friends and snacks
