  • Excellent condition without any sign of pre-ox. Allowed 2 hours of breathing in bottle but still shy initially. Gave it some time and higher temperature then it turned to be a powerful presentation of Meursault with textural palate with a zesty fruits, honeysuckle and mineral backbone. Acidity was low but it's a great bottle at this price point.

  • Tasted blind. Nose showing some petrol notes, a citric fruit and lemon grass. Texture seemed a bit flat. Nice, but uninspiring.

  • The nose was wonderfully rich with honeyed floral tones up front, followed by notes of ripe peach, roasted almond, stone dust, and hints of sage. On the palate, I found soft, caressing textures as delicate notes of floral-tinged peach coated the senses, giving way to hints of tangerine, kiwi and minerals. The finish was long, showing lime-infused minerality with a notable presences of glycerol weight and peach on the back palate. Yum! The best part is, that this appears to only be starting to open up.
