  醒酒约一小时，淡金黄色，闻香有奶油，饼干，焦糖，核果的香气，感觉很优雅，入口酸度中高，酒液咸，收口微甜，白花，柠檬混合着核果，漂亮的结构，焦糖奶油的香气，口感丝滑，用桶不轻，但做得非常精细，后段的微苦绷紧了酒体，余味白花，茉莉花和淡淡奶油。还没完全醒开的一支酒，肯定不是最绽放状态，年份还很新，但是已经能充分感受到它的精致，优雅与平衡，高水准之作。
