  Almost a combination of a Bordeaux and a Rhône Valley wine from a flavor perspective with the earthiness of Bordeaux and the fruit and spice of Rhône.

  As a Cab Franc lover, this bottle is right in my wheelhouse. Compared to a Napa CF, this has a little less sweet blue fruit on the nose and replaces any typical "green" notes with Italian earthiness to give it a sense of place. Smooth and easy drinking with low tannins. So, feel free to drink now.

  classic italian super tuscan. dry finish with not a ton of fruit. well made. no signs of cool/wet vintage
