Ordered off the by the glass menu at Hearth at Toronto Pearson airport. Agree with the earlier note on green apple, but almost of the unripe variety. It's got a bit of a sourness that isn't quite right and balance. Decent acidity. The choices were pretty limited and I suspect this was the best of the bunch, but not sure if that was saying much.

JM and James at Niagara! (Niagara Peninsula VQA): Bright apple, soft clean, off-the-chart acidity, more green apples. Steely clean, slight spritz, green leafy, long flinty minerality, finishing yet more with pleasant red and green apples.
