  Good. Super chalky which I associate with Blanc de Blanc but this has a richness and strawberry fruit from 70% Pinot noir. Suspect this xvIII will improve as it felt a bit young.

  Candie Does Cassoulet (Candie's, Mpls): Light gold color. Drank a small glass over 30 minutes. This got my attention tonight more than spme other recent bottles. Mineral driven, citrus, bright and focused with good tension.

  Always an admirable balance between oxydation, acidity and dryness. 1g/l of sugar whereas the impression is of sweetness. Base year 2018, disgorged 11/2021. Ready to be consumed, deep golden color.
