  • From a Jeroboam.
Cork came out with a puff, there was still some pressure left.
Clean, lightly golden colour. Fine perlage, pleasantly sweet and lively bouquet of ripe stone-fruits, apricot, ripe pear, quince and honey. Hint of Palo Cortado in the bouquet. Later came caramel and hint of coffee. High and persistent acidity balanced by sweetness of ripe peach. It had a veeery long finish. Clean, complex and complete. I wish the bottle was even bigger.
Difficult to give it a numerical rating, but to me this was outstanding by any measure.
