Decanted > 1 hour. Up against a Figgins 2012 Walla Walla red blend paired with Caeser salad and lasagne. This won the "Knight" (pun intended" of the reds. Very flavorful and rich. Mo has always delivered for our taste buds and this was a very delicious wine.

The silky palate is the highlight of this unusual Cab Franc-Pinot Noir blend. As you might guess from the name it's a very masculine, saline, savory wine that perhaps will improve with time. Right now the bitter salts overwhelm the palate and finish for me although the quality of the winemaking is apparent.
