  • Medium dense red to purple.
Moderate lift. It’s slightly reductive and funky. Aniseed, meaty and mulberry aromas with a little bbq oak. Still fresh and certainly no development.
Rich palate. Very good depth and even texture. Very full and warm. Ripe powdery tannins. Ripe black mulberry. Very rich and balanced.

  • This Finca Altamira Malbec by Achaval Ferrer is the priciest and most exclusive Argentine I have ever tried.. From a single vineyard this proud Malbec 🍇 is grown high in the Andes 🇦🇷 on volcanic gravel.

The bright and bold purple hues, and blackberry as well as cassis nose exerts it's muscle. The oak and tannins are well integrated, and light minerality shows too.

Thanks to bro @Mika Tyson Teau for generously sharing this with us what a mid week treat at Glo Damansara Extra Supertanker!
