  Clear deep ruby in colour without sediments
  Nose of earth, crushed rocks, rosemary and lavender on Day 1; more cranberry aroma develops and lavender intensifies on Day 2
  Spicy, dry, rather high level of ripe tannin for Southern Rhone blends, medium acidity, slightly mineral and bitter finish of medium length
  It is a solid Cairanne free from heavy oak influence, with pleasing combination of fruit, herb and flower components. Drink now and let it evolve in glass.

  Dark, and inky purple in the glass. Nice meaty nose, crushed rocks, pepper with a hint of savory of herbs. On the plate, dark fruits, tapenade some raspberry famed by meaty savory notes. Shortish finish with spicy tannins, Quite complex, and a bit more serious than your average Cotes due Rhone. I like the balance, and the overall profile that brings the mourvèdre to the fore. I think a year or two will help this settled down. Promising.

  The wine looks inky colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry and prune. It tastes like blackberry, black currant (cassis), prune, raisin and oak. The body is medium/full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

  Aromatic, juicy, blueberry and black cherry nose. Big flavours; dry and ripe with ample glycerine and tannin; warming finish.

  Bu en succ avec les conseillers.
  Gros vins joufflu et capiteux en ce moment, de la Granache molle!
  Gros fruit, un peu facile avec l'alcool qui ressort au nez et en bouche, pas dans un bon spot en ce moment, j'ai déjà bu mieux pour cette cuvée.
