Decanted 30mins but would go for 1h+. Initially reductive notes of matchstick and popcorn. Fruit of pear and green apple. Mineral notes of smoke and adding a scorched wood feature. The reduction receded over time, revealing melted butter notes. Slightly buttery texture, fresh acidity. Well-balance with a splash of citrus popping up in the finish. This felt very site specific and reminded me strongly of the Lafon Clos de la Barre 1985.

Still too young; I was guessing 2019. Has en intense, nervous presence plenty of matchstick on the nose, intense citrus and butter, very elegant and somewhat Puligny-like, this a modern leaning Meursault. Give it time. #Møntergade #Jelert&Co

Drinking really well right now. Needed about 20-30 mins to open up and then it was delicious. Matchstick, popcorn kernels with ripe fruit. Concentrated but maintained great tension. I would say in its peak window, wish I had more, yum!

A touch under 2 years since my last btl. Maybe I didn't give 2015 Jobards enough credit; this hasn't really budged since my last note, but maybe a bit more tropical...still lovely density and such depth. Yum, fantastic.
