This bottle was incredible for its combination of delicious fruit and depth of the flavors it possesses. Very pure. Great, great mouthfeel and aftertaste.

Consumed over 2 evenings separated by 3 days. Day one was fantastic with no sign of degradation while day two added a slightly caramel flavor that could be a sign of being too old. At any rate, both tasting were excellent.

Yellow hay color. The nose exudes mineral notes, apples, passion fruit, lemon verbena, vanilla. The palate is full, minerally tinged, with deep notes of tropical fruits and citrus (orange? Grapefruit?); however, as others have noted acidity is quite not there, and doesn't balance the long ending that shows with hints of white pepper and oak. A very precise, full body Chardonnay that lived up to the hype and went perfectly with honey-glazed ham and roasted turkey breast. I rated this 92 and not higher because while well made and very enjoyable it's a still a big California Chardonnay that doesn't do enough in my opinion to really differentiate itself from other very good California Chards in terms of finesse or elegance and turns out more on the creamy style.

Light gold. Silky smooth. Lemon curd, pineapple, mango, with a beautiful finish
