A few years to go for that so what you get is glace pineapple, apricot essence and tinned peaches in syrup both nose and palate. You sense it needs a few more years to evolve to the midway point which for me is the sweet spot for these stickies. The stelvin screwcap has certainly slowed down their development. Will ultimately be very good but not great as the sugar outpoints the acid a tad meaning it misses the nervosity required for greatness.
