Deep amber, ripe peach, nectarine with some caramel, fully concentrated, rich and viscous, balanced with sufficient acidity. this is Aus legend, arguably the best Semillon botrytis out of Sauternes, very good on density and length.
By the glass pour. Light golden color. Scents of wood, apricot, and honey. Beautifully concentrated, moderately sweet tropical fruit enlivened by citrus zest and great acidity. Outstanding, highly enjoyable Sauternes look alike that provided a great end to the meal.

First thing you notice is the color… liquid golden nectar. A beautiful drop. Next, the nose…honeysuckle flowers surrounded by faint perfume. You can’t wait to taste it. Palate…. Thick honey and orange marmalade. Very yummy. Great paired with Portuguese Natas (egg tarts)!
