Spanish fun day one (N&J's place, Canberra): From Coravin. Very slightly reductive initially then a little strawberry, leather, slight umami/mushroom notes lends a touch of savouriness joined by a little earth, meat and tobacco leaf. Juicy tends to medium plus intensity acidity, a little strawberry, tannins are grainy, drying, slightly bitter and hard, finishes savoury, medium length. Slight non intrusive alcohol warmth on the finish. complex but a bit disjointed. meh.

Perfectly balanced. One of the best Riscals I’ve had. Bought at the Riscal bodega.
