  Complex & well-balanced with an earthy nose of dark fruit & wet leaves, a palate of dark cherry jam & blackberry compote, secondary flavors of caramel, vanilla bean, campfire & black pepper, healthy tannins, long finish. Excellent with braised pork loin, sautéed green beans & whipped sweet potatoes.
