This one's a crowd pleaser, and tends to be more fruit forward than its more serious cousin Cain Five, both by winemaker Chris Howell. No reason to wait any more, its drinking beautifully right now.

This is a dry red wine. The color is medium ruby. The aroma is medium intensity featuring ripe red berries, baking spice, and a hint of vanilla oak. The palate is muted red fruit with soft sweet tannin. The body is medium plus with a medium finish. This is an outstanding wine.

Stored properly for the last decade. Has aged beautifully. Rough edges gone, round, dense and full flavored. Served with rack of lamb
